Source: ITSO MLS® (Cornerstone board) data, Burlington areas 300–303 (Aldershot West, East, Central and South), detached homes reported sold April 1 – September 30, 2026. ITSO data only; sales listed only on other boards may be missing. Updated monthly.
What that tells us: Aldershot isn't one market. The south side, closer to the harbour, had most of the detached sales and a median well above the Burlington figure, while Aldershot Central sold closer to $1 million. Pricing here has to be pocket by pocket, which is exactly how we do it.
